never think of making a weblog entry, but somehow this morning i have the feeling of writing one... 

A year of presidency have finally finished, honestly i m so relieved...but on the other hand i really miss the time that i was working with the committee.

For the past year it has been a great experience for me to work with you guys  jasmine, heather, val, daph, roanna and john, really appreciate the effort and commitment that you guys have put in. i know there were something that we could have done much better, but lets dont look back and use what we have learned for the coming future.

Since i have taken up the post of president, things changed dramatically around me. From what i have learned this year, i realised there is only a little difference between the leader in a team and the team-members as we all shared the same goal, we all worked hard for it. In  my opinion leadership is all about trust and respect, please note "Respect always come after trust," when there is no trust fromt the others there will be no respect from the others.

Since i have a stronge committee it made my life much easier to be a president. I must admit that without you guys, our society would not be as sucessful. thank you so much guys, u've all done great.

also thank you bb for being so considerate and supportive through out this year, being there for me whenever i am depress, being so so so considerate whenever i m busy. love you muah.
